At approximately 9:00am on December 31, 2010, we were notified by Bell that there was a problem within their network cabling infrastructure to our Access Point location. As a result, the service is currently running at half capacity. Bell has issued a ticket to their technicians and we are waiting for information as to when service will be restored. We will update this page as more information becomes available. |

A reminder that usage based billing (ubb) officially comes into effect for all Bruce Street Technologies wireless Internet customers Monday, November 1, 2010. Under this new billing plan, fees are more accurately assigned to those using greater proportions of the network resources. A usage monitor tool is available for existing customers only at http://wireless.brucestreet.com. Security restricts access to this tool so that it is only available from a location on our network and will only display information pertaining to that particular node on the network.
For specific details on our network changes and billing, please refer to the online policies and network management links and documents on this site. |
